    Registration Terms and Conditions Conclusion of contract:
    By booking at Soccer Player Development Center, the booker (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) offers the sports agency the conclusion of a contract.  The contract is concluded with the binding booking subject to the General Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Participation listed here.
    Perfomance:
    The scope of the contractual services results from the sports agency's service description on the respective information letter for the event and the internet presentations on our website.
    Changes:
    Changes or deviations of individual services from the agreed content of the contract, which SPDC considers necessary after the conclusion of the contract and were not brought about by it in an improper manner, are permitted provided the changes or deviations are not significant and do not affect the overall process.
    Pay:
    When the booking is fully completed, the customer will pay at r web page or will receive an invoice with all payment information by email. The participation fee must then be transferred to the account specified in the invoice before the start of the event. Without timely payment, the right to participate expires.
    Cancellation by the customer:
    The customer can withdraw from the contract at any time before the firt training session has started.  Withdrawal can only be declared in writing. The customer will be reimbursed in full for participation fees already paid. If the event is canceled by the participant after it has started, there is no right to a refund of the participation fee.
    Exclusion of liability:
    The customer accepts the exclusion of liability of the organizer and the sports agency for damage of any kind. The customer acknowledges that he will not assert any claims against the organiser, the sports agency or other parties involved for damage and injuries of any kind. Insurance:
    The customer guarantees that participants registered by him have health and liability insurance. The conclusion of further insurance is at the discretion of the participant.
    Health information: With the booking, the customer declares that the participant is healthy and physically able to work under pressure and that the event program can be completed without restrictions.
    Medical supplies: In the event of illness or injury to a participant, the customer authorizes the sports agency to call for rescue services. If costs arise due to emergency medical care for a participant, the customer is obliged to pay these.
    Photo and film rights: With the booking, the customer and the participant agree that photos and film recordings may be made of the participants. The customer and the participant agree to the use of photos and film recordings for advertising purposes by SPDC and the respective organizer.
    Jurisdiction: The customer can only sue SPDC at its registered office. The place of residence of the customer/participant is decisive for claims by the sports agency against the customer and/or participant.
    Invalidity of individual provisions: Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this contract.
